Yikes

We've just handed the builder a 10 grand deposit and he's ordering the wood for the new shop.

Bloody hell.

8 weeks to go and counting...

    it's hard enough coughing up £300 to an electrician. It must be very nice wood.
    Are you building an ark or something?
